The CITS Chang'an Tower Renovation Project is located at 99 Fuxingmennei Street in Xicheng District, Beijing, in the core area where Chang'an Avenue and Financial Street intersect. It is a renovation project for an aging commercial building that was completed nearly 30 years ago. The project is funded by China Bond Jinshi Asset Management Co., Ltd. and constructed by China Construction First Engineering Bureau Group Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. It commenced in 2020, with a renovation area of approximately 10,400 square meters, a total investment exceeding 53 million yuan, and a construction period of 180 calendar days. The renovation encompasses architectural decoration and finishing, mechanical and electrical installations, fire protection and ventilation systems, water supply and drainage systems, and smart system upgrades. It also optimizes public spaces and office layouts, utilizing 3D scanning and BIM technology to enhance construction precision. Positioned as a “Premium Business” property, the project aims to transform the aging building into a modern, high-end office tower that is green, efficient, and tailored to the needs of financial headquarters through hardware upgrades and smart technology integration.
