The first phase will be partially put into production at the end of September 2022 and fully put into production in December 2023, with an investment of 5 billion yuan, covering an area of 950,000 square meters, and an annual output value of about 10 billion yuan at full production, providing more than 18,000 jobs. The second phase will start construction in 2022, and the west lot will reach production in June 2024, with an investment of 20 billion yuan, a planned land area of 3.79 million square meters, and an annual output value of about 100 billion yuan after reaching production. The third phase will be signed in July 2024, with an investment of 6.5 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1.3 million square meters, with an annual output value of about 10 billion yuan and 8,000 jobs.
