The Beijing Integrated Circuit Standard Factory Building (Phase II) project is located in the Linkong International District of the Zhongguancun Shunyi Park. It is a key project for both Beijing Municipality and Shunyi District, led by the Shunyi Science and Technology Innovation Group. With a total investment of 630 million yuan, the project covers an area of approximately 40,000 square meters, with a total floor area of 64,700 square meters. It comprises 11 individual buildings, including production facilities, a multi-purpose building, and a power center. Compared to Phase I, this phase adds a specialty gas station, a hazardous chemicals warehouse, and a power center spanning 10,000 square meters. The project is designed to meet the production and R&D needs of high-tech industries such as third-generation semiconductors and integrated circuits, further enhancing the layout of supporting facilities for Beijing’s integrated circuit industry chain.
