Shanghai Jinshan Alifair Park Project, with a total investment of RMB 18 billion and a new construction land area of 243 acres, will have an annual consolidated revenue of about RMB 4.1 billion after reaching production, and will complete the construction and commissioning of the entire project within five years. The project will promote the construction and utilization of a new generation of digital infrastructure, mainly constructing data center rooms, comprehensive rooms, power distribution rooms and other operational and auxiliary rooms, while implanting Alibaba Group's related cloud computing, cloud services and other businesses.
