This project renovates idle sites and old factory buildings into new production facilities to meet the demand for emerging industrial enterprises in the Economic Development Zone.

Auxiliary facilities around the plant have been completed, with complete internal piping, fire protection and other systems. The first floor has a clear height of 8.9 meters.
