The project covers approximately 85,000 square meters of land and has a total floor area of approximately 73,000 square meters. It employs modern design techniques to showcase traditional charm, harmonizing with the water town architecture and the landscape of Yangcheng Lake, and adopts a free courtyard layout. The Banyan Tree Hotel is themed around “Lake Light and Dream,” while the Yue Liu Hotel is themed around “Garden Pavilion and Dream.” From large elements like lattice partitions to small details like cotton-linen lighting fixtures, the design reflects a natural and rustic aesthetic. The hotel integrates multiple functions including dining, accommodation, and wellness, with hot spring therapy as a key feature. It will feature a unique concept of “one room, one view, one private hot spring.”
