The project is located at No. 801 Gaoxin Avenue, Donghu High-Tech Development Zone, with a total floor area of 3,732.75 square meters. It is scheduled to commence operations on November 30, 2024. The project employs technologies such as sewage source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, water thermal storage, and phase change thermal storage, with a total heating capacity of 15.44 MW and a cooling capacity of 14.4 MW. The energy station is located in a basement at -10 meters below ground level, minimizing indoor equipment noise. Outdoor air-source heat pumps use silent-type units, and the surrounding area is equipped with retaining walls and greenery for sound insulation.
