Construction commenced on September 20, 2022, with a total construction area of 165,000 square meters, including Factory 16, Factory 17, and the power equipment room. Despite numerous challenges, the project team organized operations scientifically and completed the main structure within six months. The project is scheduled for completion and handover by July 30, 2023.
