The industrial park is planned according to the international T4 level, including 12 single buildings such as data machine rooms, and can accommodate 1 million servers upon completion. Relying on the “integration of source, network, load and storage”, the park realizes 100% green power supply, with PUE value stabilized at below 1.2. With a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan and an area of 35 mu, the park has delivered over 350 MW of business capacity since its construction in 2021, and it is expected that the total IT capacity will be over 1,000 MW in 2025 when it is fully completed, which will vigorously support the development of related industries in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and the rest of China.
