New China Life Insurance’s data center adopts a “two locations, three centers” architecture. The core consists of the main data center in Beijing’s Yizhuang, the CICC Data Center (Beijing), and the Shenzhen disaster recovery center. The Hefei backup center (which began operations in 2021) serves as a new core node; built to meet National Standard Grade A requirements, it supports the Group’s core business operations, customer service, and data disaster recovery. By 2025, the data center’s floor area will reach 27,000 square meters, with core computing power increasing nearly fourfold and information security meeting the national protection standards for critical infrastructure.
