Changsha Bank’s new data center (Binjiang) and Emergency Command Center (ECC) form the core of the bank’s “two locations, three centers” architecture. Located in the Kailin International Park on Binjiang Road in Yuelu District, Changsha, they were put into operation in 2020. Built in accordance with China’s National Standard Grade A plus select T4 standards, they serve as a benchmark for green and smart data centers in Hunan’s financial sector.
