Located in Nanyang City Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration Zone, the project is invested and constructed by China Unicom Henan Branch, covering a total land area of about 100 acres, with the planning and construction of a communication hub building, a data center room and supporting facilities. The project focuses on the dual core of “communication + computing power”, with the communication hub assuming the functions of network switching and transmission hub in southwestern Henan, and the data center designed in accordance with the T3+ standard, with more than 5,000 cabinets in the plan, adopting high-efficiency refrigeration and energy-saving power supply system, and the target value of PUE is lower than 1.3. The project will start the construction in 2023, and the first phase of the project has been completed. Phase I of the project has completed the main structure of the communication hub building, and the data center is gradually loading servers, mainly serving the needs of government cloud, financial data storage and digital transformation of local enterprises, helping Nanyang become a key node of the Central Plains Arithmetic Network, and supporting the landing of the “East Counts, West Counts” project in Henan.
