    A New Media Digital Industrial Park Project in Gu'an, Hebei Province





    The project is located in Daqinghe Park, Gu'an High-tech Zone, Hebei Province. Its foundation was laid and construction commenced on December 30, 2021. With a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan, it covers a planned area of 72.86 mu (approximately 4.86 hectares) and a total construction area of about 140,000 square meters. Full completion was scheduled for the end of 2023. Among them, Building No. 2 was structurally capped in September 2022, and Phase I was put into operation on schedule at the end of 2022.

    The project focuses on constructing three core functional carriers: a new media cloud computing center, a remote disaster recovery center, and a data sensing center. Upon completion, it will be able to accommodate 11,000 high-power server cabinets. It will not only undertake the overflow computing power demand from leading internet enterprises, but also provide data center services, neutral cloud services, and hybrid IT solutions for enterprises in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

    Meanwhile, as a core support for Gu'an to connect with the national Eastern Data & Western Computing project, it will help boost regional industrial digital upgrading and the clustering of high-tech industries such as artificial intelligence and supercomputing platforms.























    A Data Center Project in Ulanqab





    The project is located in Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia. As the first large-scale self-built internet data center of a major internet company, it was independently researched and developed by the company’s technical team, who also completed the overall conceptual design.

    Covering a total land area of 461 mu (approx. 30.73 hectares), the project includes the construction of 12 computer room buildings, 2 substations of 110kV, 2 comprehensive buildings, and other supporting auxiliary facilities.

    Upon full completion, the facility will host 300,000 high-performance servers, making it the largest data center in China dedicated to artificial intelligence and big data.















    A National Supercomputing Center





    The National Supercomputing Center is the seventh national supercomputing center approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology in April 2019. It passed acceptance in November 2020 and was included in the national supercomputing sequence. The center covers a construction area of more than 40,000 square meters, including over 9,000 square meters for computer rooms and supporting facilities.

    Its host system, the Songshan supercomputer, boasts a theoretical peak computing capacity of 100 PFlops and a storage capacity of 100 PB. It adopts immersive phase-change liquid cooling technology with a PUE value lower than 1.04. Based on a hyper-converged adaptive parallel processing architecture, the center provides diversified computing services including supercomputing, cloud services, and AI computing.

    During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, it will base itself in Henan, serve the whole country, and strive to build a world-class supercomputing center.



    A Big Data Centralized Computer Room Project






    The big data centralized computer room project covers one basement level and three above-ground floors.

    The main construction scope includes computer room decoration, generic cabling, electrical systems (including high and low voltage power distribution and UPS equipment), air conditioning, fire protection, cabinets, and an integrated power and environment monitoring system.

    A micro-module architecture and green operation technologies are adopted to ensure stable and efficient operation of equipment.

    Upon completion, the project will realize centralized storage and computing of core public security data across the province, improve data processing capabilities, and support policing scenarios such as intelligent investigation and traffic control.

    It will also reduce operation and maintenance costs and provide fundamental support for the digital transformation of public security.




    A Big Data Industrial Park Project in Changchun, Jilin Province






    This big data industrial park is a strategic digital hub deployed by a telecom operator for Northeast Asia, located in Erdao District, Changchun. With a total investment of over 800 million yuan, it builds a full-chain computing power system consisting of "data center + power center + dedicated substation", capable of supporting core businesses such as cloud computing and artificial intelligence.

    Adhering to green and high-efficiency standards, the first phase achieved a construction speed of "main structure capped in 4 months", with the data center reaching a PUE as low as 1.3. Upon completion in 2027, the Phase II intelligent computing center will boast 3550.5P FLOPS of intelligent computing power, providing critical support for the implementation of the "Eastern Data & Western Computing" national project and the intelligent upgrading of Changchun’s industries including automotive and equipment manufacturing.

    A Photovoltaic Technology Project in Jinhua





    The project is located in Jinyi New District, Jinhua, and officially commenced construction on January 1, 2025. With a total investment of 7.24 billion yuan, it plans to build a production line for 12GW high-efficiency N-type TOPCon cells and 8GW high-power modules.

    Relying on full-process automated equipment and a 5G fully connected smart factory system, the project will achieve lifelong product information traceability and flexible manufacturing. After production, the mass production efficiency of cells is expected to exceed 26.5%, with large-scale supply of 700W+ modules, and the annual output value will reach more than 12.7 billion yuan.

    This will not only help the photovoltaic company join the first echelon of the global photovoltaic industry, but also accelerate the formation of Jinhua’s photovoltaic industrial cluster, providing core support for the high-quality development of the new energy industry in the Yangtze River Delta and the implementation of the "dual carbon" goals.
